UK Delivery

FREE for all online orders – Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

We provide complimentary UK deliveries. We will deliver goods in stock within 2-3) days by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods.
If a ring needs to be sized or altered or engraved we will contact you with a revised delivery time within 24 hours of ordering. If a product is made to order then we will advise on delivery time within 24 hours of ordering.
Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks, if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.

 

European Delivery

£20 for all online orders – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.


We will deliver goods in stock within 7 working days by UPS Delivery only. Please allow additional time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Easter periods

If a ring needs to be sized or altered or engraved we will contact you with a revised delivery time within 24 hours of ordering

If a product is made to order then we will advise on delivery time within 24 hours of ordering

Orders will be subject to security checks, and we will only deliver to the billing address provided. 

 

International Delivery

£100 for all online orders – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.


We will deliver goods in stock within 7-10 working days by Malca Amit Delivery only. 

If a ring needs to be sized or altered or engraved we will contact you with a revised delivery time within 24 hours of ordering

If a product is made to order then we will advise on delivery time within 24 hours of ordering.

Orders will be subject to security checks, and we will only deliver to the billing address provided. 

 

Customs & Import Charges


Sending good outside the UK will in some cases require an appropriate customs or import duty charge. These differ depending on the country being shipped to and are your responsibility to take care of and are generally charged upon delivery. Customs policies differ significantly between countries, and we are unable to control how much these charges may be. Check with your local customs office for further information


Returns Policy For Goods Bought Online From This Website


We offer a full refund or credit exchange for items purchased from this website within 14 days of purchase as long as the item has not been worn or damaged. It must be in its original condition, including any packaging. 

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on bespoke, special order items or pieces which have been engraved at your request.

Earrings cannot be returned for a refund or a credit note due to Health and Safety reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please call us on +44 (0)1908 397711 stating the reason for your return and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund if you return your item within 14 days. Please note the cost of the return is to be paid for by the customer and is sent at the customers risk, items must be returned in their original Woolfe Jewellery box. Within the UK we recommend sending items by Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance up to the value of the goods purchase price. For international shipment we recommend Malca Amit. We cannot be held responsible or liable for items lost in transit.
